Domestic IT support services
For our home-based customers we offer onsite & workshop support plus free telephone support and pay-as-you-go remote assistance. We strive to organize an onsite visit as soon as 3 to 4 hours after a phone call has been received. The charges that apply are very cost effective – we charge a flat fee for the first 2 hours of the onsite visit, and if it takes longer, you pay a low hourly rate for every subsequent hour. Most software related issues could be resolved onsite. There is no call out charge for any computer repair service, laptop repair service or network installation.

Data recovery
Losing information due to a hard drive failure is one of the most annoying experiences you may have. We do not realise how dependent on our computers are we, until a hard drive crashes and leaves us without our most precious photo memories, music files and work documents. To prevent this from happening, Laptopa advises you to backup all your important data on a regular basis. If you don’t know how to do this – don’t worry, give us a call – advice is always free.
For all the rest of you, who happened to have a bitter experience and now need to recover their data – we are here to help.
We recover data from any electronically damaged, formatted or erased media – such as hard disk drives, USB flash drives or floppy disk drives. We have strict no fix - no fee policy on data recovery, so if we are not able to retrieve your information, you don’t have to pay.
If your hard drive has been physically damaged, we can assure you, that there is still hope of getting your data back – it may take a bit longer than a day or two, but at the end usually the wait is worth.
